Parking

An Overnight parking fee of $18.00 per day will be charge to the guest room.  This fee includes, Valet Parking, entry and exit privileges in a monitored parking location for your ease of mind.

Resort Attire

The requested attire throughout the resort is resort sophisticated casual.  Gentlemen will feel more comfortable in our restaurants dressed in tailored shorts or slacks and a polo shirt or similar shirt with collar.

Poolside and beach attire is appropriate at our recreation pool; we do request that our guests cover swimwear elsewhere in the resort.  Footwear is also required.  Evening resort attire suggests casual elegance for ladies and gentlemen.  We request shorts, jeans and sporting attire are not worn to dinner in the Kaua'i Grill.

Extra Bedding Policy

A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms free of charge.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol served only to persons aged 21 or over with proof of age.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $100 per day.

Connecting Room Policy

Some connecting rooms are available.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of three night’s room rate plus tax will be charged 30 days prior to arrival to confirm the reservation.

Early Departure Policy

Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total remaining room nights. Notification of an early departure must be given 24 hours prior to check-in.

Gift Certificate Policy

We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guest's requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. Please contact the hotel directly at (808) 826-2411 for reservations. 

Other Policy

There is a $20 charge to heat or prepare kosher meals.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking Policy

The St. Regis Princeville Resort is a  non-smoking resort.
