Inspired by the land and natural surroundings of Kaua'i, Alexis Bittar has designed a limited edition hibiscus flower pin, paying homage to the state flower of Hawai'i. Renowned for his inventive use of Lucite, Bittar has designed the hibiscus in vibrant pinks and purple, shades that can be found throughout the lush island landscape of Kaua'i and echo Hanalei Bay's legendary sunset.

The exclusive St. Regis Princeville hibiscus pin is hand-sculpted and hand-painted, combining Bittar's love of form, texture, color and light. The exclusive St. Regis Princeville hibiscus pin will be available for purchase for $323 at Alexis Bittar's Bleecker Street boutique in New York and at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. The resort will donate 10% of all sales to Limahuli Garden and Preserve, dedicated to the ecological and cultural restoration of the Limahuli Valley located on the north shore of Kaua'i.
Opening in October 2009, following a multi-million dollar renovation, The St. Regis Princeville Resort is an elegant reflection of its island home, paying homage to the land and culture. About Alexis Bittar
Born in Brooklyn in 1968, Alexis Bittar launched his eponymous jewelry collections in 1990. His interest in jewelry and design began at a young age when, as a child, he accompanied his parents to flea markets, where they collected and sold rare antiques and collectibles. Later, fueled by his passion for antiques, including Art Deco Bakelite and turn-of-the-century Lalique glass, Bittar began designing Lucite and semi-precious jewelry and selling it on the streets of Soho.
