Appointments are required 24 hours in advance with the Halele'a Spa directly. Meet instructor in front of the spa 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class times. Fees apply for the activities below. Daily Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm

- Exercise to lengthen and strengthen muscles
- Accent on the "Power House" - Core and Back
